Finally home! George Diebold returns to New Jersey after completing almost two months on the road. In October, he traveled to the American West photographing slot canyons in Arizona, foliage in Colorado, the Bisti Badlands and White Sand Dunes in New Mexico. He capped off the trip capturing ocean details along the Pacific Coast Highway in California. He traveled 5,000 miles in just over three weeks.

George Diebold gets the birthday present of a lifetime! His Montclair studio is totally destroyed from water damage from Hurricane Irene. (Not to worry! No photographs were destroyed and the studio will soon be more beautiful than ever!)

July 2011

George Diebold begins an ongoing partnership with the Wellmont Theatre in Montclair. He will be photographing all of the acts who perform at the Wellmont. He has already photographed musician Peter Frampton and comedian Denis Leary. The long-term goal is to produce a book in conjunction with the Wellmont featuring celebrity acts.
